Discussed in terms of rules or ritual, it is rarely spoken about in the same language as other serious wines – where place, process, and decision-making matter.
Drori Wines starts from a different premise:

Our Wines

Drori Wines starts with two wines from one winery to set a clear quality benchmark.

The first winery selected for this project is Weingut Hans Wirsching.
Based in Franconia, a region with a rich history of Jewish wine traders, the winery provides a strong starting point for establishing quality benchmarks and continuity, both viticultural and cultural.
